1. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on HealthZen is designed for consultation scheduling, digital record access, and informational purposes. It does not replace emergency medical interventions. In life-threatening emergencies, call 112 or book an emergency ambulance immediately.

2. Terms of Clinical Service

  • Doctor Consultations: Appointments are subject to clinic and physician availability.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance for full wallet credit or refund.
  • Medical Ethics: All consultations adhere to the National Medical Commission (NMC) Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.

3. Your Patient Data Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you hold full statutory control over your personal healthcare records:

Right to AccessReview consultation transcripts, active prescriptions, and stored demographic information.
Right to RectificationRequest updates or corrections to personal profiles and family member details.
Right to ErasureRequest permanent deletion of your account and personal identifiers from our systems.

4. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Under legal retention requirements (Clinical Establishments Act), consultation medical records are maintained for statutory periods. You can permanently delete your user account, phone/email profile, saved cards, and access permissions at any time through our self-service portal.
